CEDAR RAPIDS (KWWL) – Cedar Rapids Police have issued an Operation Quickfind for 11-year-old Naomi Makor.
Naomi was last seen at 127 19th St. NE around 1:30 a.m. on Tuesday.
Naomi is Black, stands 5’6 and weighs roughly 125 pounds. She was last seen wearing a camo dress with green and black shoes.
